Disciplinary Outcomes

As per s. 129(1-3)  in the RHPA, the College may edit decisions for the purpose of protecting the privacy of the Complainant or any witness. The College must make any findings under s.126 (Orders of the Panel) or 127 (Costs and Fines) including the name of the Registrant, available to the public.

Disciplinary Outcomes will be published here when the Complaints Investigation Committee or the Inquiry Committee renders a decision that requires notification of the public.
