As per s. 116 (1-2), 116(5), and 122(1) under the RHPA when a Panel of the Inquiry Committee is selected, it must hold a hearing.
The hearing must begin within 120 days after the complaint is referred to the Inquiry Committee unless the Investigated member consents in writing to a later date.
The Registrar may issue a public notice of the hearing in any manner he or she considers appropriate, but the notice must not include the Registrant’s name.
A hearing must be open to the public unless the Panel orders otherwise.
