Make a Complaint

A complaint against a paramedic can be submitted via our online complaint form.  In addition if it is not possible to submit a complaint in writing you may contact the college by phoning 204-793-3592.

If you would like to speak with someone regarding the complaint process prior to filing a formal complaint, please contact the college. 

All complaints will be acknowledged by college staff within 30 days of receiving the complaint.

Uploading Reference Material (Screenshots)

Screenshots are required for all uploaded reference material. To capture a screenshot:

  • Windows: Press Windows + Shift + S, select the area, and save or paste the image
  • Mac: Press Command + Shift + 4, select the area, and save automatically to your desktop
  • Mobile (iPhone/Android): Press the Power + Volume Down buttons at the same time
  • Alternative: Use your device’s built-in “Snipping Tool,” “Screenshot,” or browser extensions

Ensure the screenshot clearly shows the source, date (if available), and relevant content before uploading.
