Nikki joins the College of Paramedics of Manitoba on January 5th, 2026 in the position of Deputy Registrar.

Nikki brings over 30 years of progressive paramedic clinical, education, operational, quality and patient safety and emergency medical services leadership to the role of Deputy Registrar.

She has extensive experience in quality improvement, patient safety investigation, human factors theory and policy development. A published author and recognized Quality Improvement Leader, Nikki has contributed to the literature on equity in paramedic care and on improving access to care for at-risk individuals. Nikki also provides national-level curriculum leadership as Co-Director and Faculty for the National Association of EMS Physicians, Quality & Safety Course.
