Council meetings are open to the public effective December 1, 2020. Minutes of Council meetings are posted below. 

Upcoming Council Meeting Dates: all-day meetings by Teams on March 27, 2026, May 27, 2026, (AGM) June 17, 2026, September 16, 2026, and December 16, 2026.

Uploading Reference Material (Screenshots)

Screenshots are required for all uploaded reference material. To capture a screenshot:

  • Windows: Press Windows + Shift + S, select the area, and save or paste the image
  • Mac: Press Command + Shift + 4, select the area, and save automatically to your desktop
  • Mobile (iPhone/Android): Press the Power + Volume Down buttons at the same time
  • Alternative: Use your device’s built-in “Snipping Tool,” “Screenshot,” or browser extensions

Ensure the screenshot clearly shows the source, date (if available), and relevant content before uploading.
