Professional Conduct Committees

Complaints Investigation Committee (CIC) – as per s. 93(1) in the RHPA: a Council must establish a Complaints Investigation Committee. The terms of reference for the College Complaints Investigation Committee are found here. Members of the Complaints Investigation Committee are Paramedic representatives Evelyn Hoogerdijk, Jennifer Cull, Keith Hancox, Cathy Anderson, James Kenny, Jazmyn Kalynuik, Nicole Holmes and Matthew Piche Public representatives Sarah Hill, Brenna Shearer, Birgit Molinski and Nick Chubenko.

Inquiry Committee – As per s. 114(1) in the RHPA: a Council must establish an Inquiry Committee   The terms of reference for the College Inquiry Committee are found here. Members of the Inquiry Committee are Paramedic representatives Christopher Cauthers, Cory Parrott, Cathy Kozminski-Kirby, Charles Thomas, Janice Johnson, Julie Braaksma and Connor Normandin. Public representatives are Dean Scaletta, Kevin Toyne, Deanna Douglas and Michael Foote.
