The College of Paramedics of Manitoba is pleased to welcome Kaydence Michalsky to the role of Communications and Engagement Lead beginning on September 16th, 2025.
Kaydence holds a Diploma in Creative Communications from Red River College Polytech.
She has worked across various platforms and has experience with both internal and external communications, developing skills in strategy and execution. Her portfolio includes published work in print and digital publications, reflecting her strength in writing and editing.
Kaydence values clear, accessible communication and works to ensure information is shared in a way that supports understanding and engagement across audiences. She is committed to strengthening connections through effective communication and takes pride in producing content that is professional, consistent, and impactful.
Kaydence’s previous experience in communications, content creation, digital marketing and brand engagement will help the college further our strategic goals around engagement and connection with Registrants, Stakeholders and the Public.
In this role, Kaydence will lead the development and implementation of the college’s communications and engagement plans. Registrants and Stakeholders may expect to meet and hear from Kaydence during planned initiatives where CPMB is seeking input and for routine communication and engagement activities such as our Paramedic class visits, newsletter, social media and our regular communiques to registrants throughout the year. Kaydence also be the CPMB point of contact for media inquiries.
