Charting the Future: CPMB’s 2025–2028 Strategic Plan

The College of Paramedics of Manitoba is pleased to share our 2025–2028 Strategic Plan, which sets the course for the next four years. This plan was informed by feedback from our stakeholders, external reviews, and best practices in regulatory governance. It was designed to strengthen our commitment to transparency, improve communication, and ensure that the public interest remains at the heart of everything we do.
